With Winnipeg’s indoor skatepark, The Edge, restricted to 4 hours a week for ages 12-17, the majority of skaters in Winnipeg have nowhere to go. For more information on YFC’s uninclusive policies, and ways to help, check the Manitoba Skateboard Coalition's Website.

No skating means no boards sold. So what happens when skateshops go months without board sales?

It means the skate community loses the piece that ties everything together.

Luckily skateshops don’t just sell boards! This winter (and always) make local skateshops your first choice. That way they can continue running contests, organizing camps, sponsoring riders, putting out videos, and campaigning for change for ALL skaters.

The Manitoba Skateboard Coalition,  working to create a new, inclusive, indoor skatepark in Winnipeg. We need your help. You can:

-Make a donation to our GoFundMe
-Sign the petition
-Send the open letter to public officials
-Check out the resources and information, including our plans for the future, and the issues of the present
